I used to get colds or the flu regularly. Like every month I was sick with something. I haven't been sick once in the 2 years that I've been using this. No better recommendation than that. I see some talking about reflux. Take it with your largest meal of the day. Simple. My mom only had issues if she took it on an empty stomach.

Not a chemist or pharmacist so can't truly say much about the vitamins. I just thought they'd be worth a try when the other ones I used were discontinued. So far, so good. Will order again.
