Great Product for Easy Clean Hook Up of P16-M Mixers on Stage or in Studio
Arrived on time and in great condition. I'm running six p16-Ms on stage nd this makes for a clean installation voiding the need to use the power supplies that come with the P16-M. I recommend this gear designed for this purpose. Comments regarding using the P16-M on stage: In my experience these units work great as "in ear" monitors.. Simply because having multiple units on stage controlling audio to floor monitors may cause havoc for the sound man trying to figure out which unit was adjusted so loud that it causes feedback. As you know when the monitors are controlled by the soundman, he will know which slider to drop should there be feedback. However, if the soundman is using 2 or more monitor systems and they both include microphone signals than he will not readily know which system is causing the feedback. It is the same issue when you have multiple P16-M on stage controlling audio to floor monitors. I did figure out a way to first route each P16-M through a master fader on my X32 which gave me the master kill switch for feedback but still... that changes the level of audio to the musicians and vocalists and makes for very hectic management of the monitors. Instead, use a single P16-M for simplicity or try.. multiples but not before some training of the man at the controls. https://www.facebook.com/groups/Billyghawaii/
