It arrived warped. The heat isn't distributed evenly due to the warping of pan. However I do love how easy it is to clean and how nothing sticks to it. All of my other granitestone pots and pans are amazing. The 14" pan with lid is the only lemon in the bunch.

I recently purchased a lot of new pots and pans for cooking & frying. I bought two granitestone pans, 14” & this one. I love them I don’t use metal utensils anymore. There are spatulas and utensils now that the edges are sturdy, yet thin enough to be able to get it under a piece of meat, fish or eggs. Read the instructions on any of these nonstick pans carefully. You do not have to use oil in these pens if you start using oil with metal utensils you will be the one to destroy the pan. There are a lot of options on Amazon to purchase the proper utensils to use. I have bought several. The newer spatulas are very “thin edged” they are not the spatulas of yesterday! I prefer the silicone or nylon spatulas. They are wonderful.

Just to let you know that the handles on these pots & pans get very hot when placed on the stove, they’re advertised as cool handles which they are not. So please take this into account when purchasing.
