JabraEvolve 30 II Headset

I have a more expensive wireless Jabra Evolve 75 SE headset but people tell me my audio is garbled when I use it for zoom calls. I replaced the Jabra 75 with this item, the Jabra 30, which is wired, and now no one complains about my audio. I used it on both an older 2015 Intel MacBook Pro, and a newer 2024 M4 MacBook Pro, and it just works fine without needing any particular drivers or configuration.

This is my second purchase of this headset. My first set lasted almost 5 years with daily M-F constant use and eventually perished because I dropped it wrong. The new set works exactly the same with the same great quality.Obviously this headset doesn't win any awards for aesthetic, but it meets my needs very well:- Will work consistently and clearly- Doesn't ever have issues "pairing"- Has clear audio and microphone so I never have to hear "what? I couldn't hear you" on a call again- Is comfortable on my head and ears for all day wear- Never has a dead battery because it never needs to be charged/has no battery!

I work from home so I use this mainly for office meetings and skype calls. I had a single ear piece jabra before that was a bit uncomfortable, but the dual phone version relieves that discomfort (I always felt a little deaf after using the mono phone version). Only real complaint would be is it feels a little more flimsy than the earlier models of Jabra headset I've used but since I'm not transporting it that's a minor complaint. Would recommend to anyone who works from a home office set up via a lap top with either a 3.5mm or a usb port option available for hook up.

Ive ordered 3 because I love these so much. Even through the noise cancellation is not that good, it has a clean crisp sound quality that is perfect for working at home and making video calls. Its very convinient that it has the mute and call buttons near along with the volume. It makes my job easier and so far the others ive bought has gone to friends that also work from home. Definately recommend as long as your in a noise free environment.

The headset I ordered has been great! This is my third Jabra headset that I have owned, except this is a different model version. Love the clear audio first and foremost because I don't have to worry too much about asking for others in meetings that I can't hear them. Even if they are speaking low, I am still able to understand every word they are saying; that is a huge win! Secondly, this version model of Jabra headset has a Microsoft Teams feature embedded where it lets me know when I have a meeting that is starting, flashing a light on the control unit of the device. This is great because if I don't have my headset on for me to hear the notification chime for meetings, the flashing light on the control unit is a great backup since I don't use external speakers or laptop volume. All volume runs through my headset! Great investment in my book!

I’m a work from home mom with 2 babies and this headphones does not cancel background noise, there’s cheaper headphones that has better background noise cancelation than this one. Very disappointing. I have the wireless one and it’s amazing! This one I don’t recommend

This is my third headset that I’ve tried out for my new position in call-center. I decided to try it and I am very impressed. The cord did start to kink up like my last headset but I was able to adjust it so the cord is taught. I really like this headset, it’s comfortable to wear has great sound quality and I like that it comes with a button that can mute it adjust the volume and answer calls. I would definitely recommend and buy from this brand again.

I love that I can wear for an hour or more and they are still comfy on my ears.They aren’t noise cancelling though. My dogs can be heard walking in the floor and making any noise.
