We ship from CA, so even if temps in your area are tropical, your package may need to pass through freezing zones to reach you! (You'd think this is common sense, but you'd be shocked at how often we get this line -- "The temperature here is just fine, why didn't you ship my stuff?!?!" Well, because packages have to pass through freezing zones on their way to your tropical paradise.)
