Hayward RCX70101 Tiger Shark Filter Cartridge Refill Set, 2 Piece

This Filter and the Hayward Pool Cleaner, nicknamed "Catfish" is the best on the market. Expensive, but worth the money. We have a Very Large Pool, and catfish eats the bugs on the bottom of the daily and makes our jobs far easier....!!! I would buy this product again.Please make one with a 75 foot cord. I bought these instead of the dirt devil original replacement filters. these were half the price on Amazon and with the prime account were delivered quickly. The new filters resolvedm all the weird issues that my robot was doing while trying to clean the pool. Apparently dirty filters make a robot not function correctly. These new filters work perfect and clean easily. Also the are one half the price of Dirt Devils. I highly recommend these over the dirt devil $99 version. it's important to note that these robotic cleaners are made by Hayward and rebranded.I should mention that I like the dirt devil but the filters are still $50, and i somewhat prefer my previous nitro with the bag that lasted years, to bad the Nitro didnt.

I needed a replacement filter because I created a hole in my old one from using strong pressure on a water nozzle to clean it. I only replaced the bad side, so, I'm still using the original filter on the other side. This replacement filter works perfectly fine on my Hayward Shark Vac XL. I was a little concerned because most of the reviews mentioned a different model. I'm happy to report that these work just fine for the Shark Vac XL.

Does the job. A hearty rinse and they are ready to go. Chemical cleaners designed to clean the filter weakens the paper threads and limit the filter's life. I don't find the need to use them. Pool filters, unlike air filters do not need to be sparkling white in order to do the job properly. I have several sets and switch off after each cleaning. The shark rocks. No need to vacuum the pool ever.

The local pool supply retail shop was asking $93 for each Tiger Shark Filter Cartridge and two are required. I found these on Amazon for $37 each. They are from Hayward, the original equipment manufacturer, fit and function very well. They are not rejects or seconds, but new replacement cartridges. I highly recommend them at this price, and will order more for our Tiger Shark pool cleaner.G.MeeksHouston, TX

This is our second order of the Tiger Shark Filter Cartridge Refill. They work fine--just as expected. Arrived quickly. No complaints. I wish there were a better image of the cartidges available...I always forget which ones I'm supposed to order, so a photo would be great.

The filters are an essential part of the Tiger Shark which cannot be used without them. The Tiger Shark is new to me so that I have no experience as to the life of the filters but as of now they function well and I am pleased with them and the cost through Amazon.
