SHOGUN CANDY Japanese Snack Box 22pcs

Overall, it was definitely worth the price to explore some different Japanese snacks, which were more on the side of savory snacks than candy.See the photo: the panda cookie was really delicious and I also really really liked the different flavors of corn puffs (the "fried chicken" bag and bag with an octopus on it). The little box with a strawberry on it are little balls of gum that happen to be a favorite of mine because they taste really good, though the flavor lasts two minutes at most. Beside the strawberry gum to the right is some pop-rocks-type candy which was good. Below the pop-rocks to the left is a kind of dried meat-like savory snack and to the right is just some loose uncooked ramen with seasoning, both of which I enjoyed.The meat stick and jell-o stick (on the left of the photo) were also good, whereas the three marshmallow-looking items on the top left are indeed marshmallows and were not particularly special. The other snacks I haven't tried yet.

Now idk the actual value of these products but they look good and worth the 11 dollars, it's not like you can walk into any store and get any of these snack, it's not all candy but I like them, some flavors are to get used too but that's because we aren't use to them. Overall it was a great but to try something different. Now, if you guys can make a Japanese kick kat assortments bundle , I would buy that as well.

This is filled with single pieces of candy, tiny packets of crackers, single cookies, and little bags of chips. It had an interesting variety, and was fun to go through. It is over priced for what you get which is why I took a star off, and wouldn't order again. Otherwise, the items were fresh and in good condition. If they were to add more items to this, I'd definitely recommend.

The selection wasn't all that great. I bought it for my mother for Mother's Day as she has wanted to try Japanese treats for awhile now.I figured the 22 pcs assortment was the safe bet to ease her in, in case she wasn't a fan.Although a lot of the snacks were good. I felt that the assortment was heavy on corn snacks than anything else. No cookies, or chocolates and barely any candy. It was mostly corn snacks and marshmallows. The candies that were there, were just jelly treats and one very small box of hard candy.I subscribe to a Japanese snack box monthly for myself that has a lot more of selection than these. It also includes a drink each month and a DIY snack.I needed something more quickly for the upcoming holiday, so that was not an option. With that being said;I liked the fact that it arrived quickly. Especially for the purpose it was bought, and again, my mother did enjoy the snacks that were delivered. She said they were nothing to write home about, but it did get her interested in more treats from Japan, which means she will do her own monthly subscription box.This box was a good segue into Japanese snacks.

Not even the very fragile large discs!I got the full 22pc’s.It seems to be somewhat of the items pictured in the stock photos and some varied.It’s a birthday gift for my father so I will update on freshness and variety of sweets vs. savory after he digs into them.If you are doing a medium to large sized gift basket, definitely get two bc some of the candies are quite tiny (I got two, one from a diff seller to add variety, and it’s a perfect amount.) The smallest pictured items are about 1”x.5”. No banana for scale..So far, highly recommended and will purchase again for future gifts and family snacks!Thanks Iwatsuka-seika!

Huge hit for stocking stuffers this year! All 5 of my kids got their own snack bag filled with Japanese candies and snacks. Since we can't read Japanese, almost every treat was a guessing game, haha. So much fun! Nothing was stale or bad (unless we just didnt like the flavor) but product quality good! Made for a few days of snacking fun and lots of great conversation. We obviously ordered just for fun but the kids may order again on their own. They really enjoyed some of the things. They were out of stock when I placed my order but got them back in early and sent our order out right away, so I feel like we got it a week earlier than stated upon ordering. Pretty cool!

Packaged arrived on time. All items were in a bag that was nicely packed. I took all the items out and made my own display. The package came with all the candy and sticker. The box was purchased at Walmart and assembled separately. Well worth purchasing it you are someone that likes different varieties of candy. The assortment was a good variation. The person gifted loved this. An added bonus was the amazing cute packaging on each item. My advice give it a try and have fun.

First, this item arrives in a clear plastic bag...not a cute box as shown in the picture...which I thought was extremely misleading and disappointing. Second, you will not receive all candy...there are savory/salty treats too. One of the treats tastes and looks like chow mein noodles. On a positive note, the packaging is entertaining and it was fun to watch our son taste the different treats...not knowing what to expect most of the time! I would buy this again, but I would be prepared to make a better presentation myself. It was a cute gift for Valentine's day.

I love trying foods from other countries and this little sweet packet was great. Nothing was gross (guess this would vary between person to person) and everything was interesting. There is no list to tell you what sweet is what but thats the fun part lol you don't know what you are going to be eating (but you could probably guess)The dates are backwards so seems like they are out of date but they are not. Delievery was fast, came well before the expected date. Would recommend

Bought this for a friends birthday, they absolutely loved the selection, it had a good variety, their only moan was that wasn’t enough savoury items included. I think it was good value for the number of items.I would buy it again.
