Clock was purchased for anniversary gift, this has now been presented and was absolutely loved be the resilience.Had a slight problem when clock arrived, it had a blemish on the top that only showed in some lighting positions. As time was very short I emailed the supplier informing them of this fact. I had a reply within hours with the good news they would dispatch a replacement with next day delivery. Much to my pleasure, next day a perfect replacement did arrive. Amazing customer service, took away all my worries about giving the perfect anniversary gift.

The clock is beautiful and looks lovely in situ but is not silent as advertised. It can clearly be heard ticking, which in a room used for sleeping is not what I wanted.

Bought this as a replacement for the same clock that I owned for many years.It appears there is a problem with this item keeping the correct time! It loses around 20 minutes every 24 hours then eventually stops. Tried replacing the batteries many times but this made no difference.Also I was appalled to learn when contacting the supplier for a refund that I needed to send an email with contact details and what the problem was for them then to ignore it. I only got a refund because I contacted Amazon customer service who were brilliant and sorted a refund.

I loved the stylish look of the clock, particularly the skeleton movement and the classic Roman Numerals.

..had to return it after three weeks as started to lose time.

got this for a gift, and my parents really liked it, only thing is that that the ticking is quite loud, but that does not effect the style of the clock

Lovely mantle clock, good size and good quality

Looks good but keeps such dreadful time it’s all but useless. Loses approximately 20 minutes every 24 hours.
