I got this to be my smoking shelter on the covered portion of my deck, as my home is non smoking, and winters can be brutal. I secured it with the provided ropes to my deck floor. I then used a thicker white rope and secured the top fastener loops to the rafters. I also added some garden pavers for some weight as the shelter is light. I set it up during the last decent days in my area. The weather was in the mid to high 50'. With the tent doors closed, I can confirm the direct sunlight creates a greenhouse affect & the tent was warmer inside than out. I added a different chair than the one in the picture & I ran an outdoor extension cord into the back door of the tent. I have a heated throw on the chair. Because it was my intention to use it as a smoking shelter, it goes without saying one of the two doors would need to stay open during use. Tonight in my area is high winds with snow. 33 degrees, but the wind chill makes it "feel like" 21 degrees. With that said, I'm currently writing this review in this wind/snow storm inside this tent writing this review. It is holding up to the wind nicely, I do have it secured top to bottom. The material is holding up extremely well. It is not only waterproof, but the wind is not seeping through the fabric. I have the front door flap pulled to the side & not completely open for ventilation. With my heated throw & a cigarette, I can confirm this is a total game changer! I am throughly impressed with this c tent! May just be the best purchase I made all year! I highly recommend this tent for a cold weather shelter.

This tent will not close. I can't fit it in my vehicle. It's defective.

Love it but no instructions as to how to fold back up. Was a work out but finally after a couple hours got it to fold but was not easy.

I am a sports mom in VA and in the late fall and early spring it is brutal to sit on fields with no wind/rain protection. I have been wanting one of these for years and finally purchased one.Pros:CompactLarge enough to hold my XL chairNice zippersSome shadeCons:IMPOSSIBLE TO GET FOLDED BACK INTO CASEZippers do not allow the clear ‘door’ to be zipped partially up. You have to unzip completely and roll the ‘door’ flap up allowing for no partial protection from windThe plastic is clear-ish, but the wrinkles made it hard to see well.There are no zippers on the sides so conversations with ppl sitting next to you aren’t an option.This is a good start to a product but improvements could be done.
