I have been giving my godson these pills every morning since finding out that he has ADHD. If you are looking for something to help your child be more productive in school, this is the ONE. Last year my 8 year-old godson would not sit down in class, his grades were not very good, and at one point last year because of the chemical imbalance that cause him not to be able to focus and increases his hyper activeness, he ran out of the classroom and put the school in shut down mode until he was found. He was not getting good grades in reading and math. He always needed some form of touch sensory. We have been giving him these pills for the ast 2 months. He has been bring home A's and B's. He even said that the pills make him think better. I highly recommend this product for your child.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for new probiotics and liked that these have B vitamins too. I’ve been using them for about 3 weeks and haven’t had any problems. I’m not sure if they’ve helped with mood, but that’s hard to tell. They’re simple to take and haven’t upset my stomach like some others did before.

Comfortable in use

This is a decent probiotic in terms of its formulation. It has a reasonably high potency (15 billion CFUs) and good strain diversity (8 different strains which are identified on the package). Those two features are the most important when it comes to a probiotic and, while neither the potency or strain diversity is best in class, both are high enough to make this effective for me.The "brain health" features are less clear. The capsules include Vitamin B6 and B12, folate, pantothenic acid and magnesium, all of which are needed for good nervous system and brain functionality. It's not anything that I'm not already getting from a multivitamin and, while the probiotic benefits are there (regularity and better stomach health) I can't say I see any benefits from the additional ingredients. I see it more as a 'can't hurt; might help' addition. It does, however, result in a higher price compared with similar potency/strain probiotics.One star down for overall value, but other than that, it is a fine performing probiotic that has the potential (albeit small, in my opinion) to offer additional benefits.

I was having a lot of difficulty with regularity when I begin taking this probiotic. It really helped me get back on track. I suggested it to a friend who also tried it and was amazed at the improvement in her got issues.
