Not bad. Buy one size larger than what you "think" you'll needGOOD:Wide, great stitched-in Velcro, silver thermo layer -- it will make your waist sweat, provides decent back support (firm, but not that stretchy at all)NOT SO GOOD:If wearing this on the outside of clothes, it'll slip. For some, not being stretchy will be uncomfortable moving aroundBOTTOM LINE: Good buy, but kinda wish it would "give" a little more while moving around. My old worn-out ones stretched with you, this one minimally stretches a little. There is some adequate back support (more for light weight lifting, not for power lifters). Buy, the larger size, you can always wrap the extra length back and Velcro it in place for best comfort and stretch. I wouldn't buy these again, but will use them

I wanted a longer wider belt and this is actually wider and longer than I thought. I probably should have looked at the description better. This would be a great belt for a big body individual.

This Has To Be One Of The Best Slimmer Belts I've ever worn, I turn up the heat by cycling for 20 min b4 each work out session & omg! It activates the fat burning process in my mid section and sweat Drips So Well, I will be purchasing a second one too, highly recommend!

I ordered my correct waist size,but it seem like its too small..Should go up a size when ordering.I was hoping to sweat some while wearing,but haven't.May work for another.

Comfortable with good back support

It is wide and enough to cover my chubby abdomen. Lol . Quality is good. Would repurchase. Wish it was bigger sizes for chubby men. This one is small for for my bf.
