After being severely bunged up after taking a few days worth of co codamol, seriously it was like a concrete mixer had dried up, these little buggas absolutely made me go. Only downside was I had a bum cigar poking out for a while. I had to snap it off and try and dig it out. After I had given the initial I had to look at this thing. I looked like a fully grown mountain gorilla had dropped a load in the chod bin. The top was poking out like an otters nose. After taking a picture to send to my mates Dan and Fraiser I shouted the wife to come and have a gander at my gargantuan turd.That was just the beginning. I bought these for a member of my family, who has now been in hospital 19 days, I haven't complained about Senokot I have not given review as she hasn't had them, due to being in hospital, there is no problem with them
