I typically have regular coffee, and then add one packet of Slimroast to my cup with a little real cream. It's a good energy boost in the a.m. and early afternoon, and keep my appetite under control all day.

I paid for two boxes and only received one that was smashed. Not a big problem but was not a sealed package. I ordered this product before and was very pleased. This time I' m not quite sure unless I get the other half of my order tomorrow ..
