I like the product, whitefly population reducer. I use teeny bit of olive oil to free the beneficial bugs that got stuck on the trap.

Bought these to restock - have another invasion of fungus gnats after several years of nothing. I've got to be more diligent about 'quarantining' new plants from Home Depot. Argh! These yellow sticky cards are an important tool, along with soil drenches, in getting rid of the stupid gnats! I cut the big cards smaller to fit into the plant pots - if they're not right against the soil, you won't trap as many. I've used a variety of things to hold them - toothpicks, those white plastic plant labels. You can even just place them right on top of the soil, maybe propped against the pot, or the plant, depending. I smaller size also helps keep them away from leaves as they tear if they get stuck to the sticky card.These cards are actually a bit stickier than the last ones I had, but there's no overspread of glue beyond the card, though it's not yet the heat of summer. I cut the cards smaller to fit into pots and avoid the plants, so it can be tricky to remove the backing - a toothpick, or a fingernail, or even the wedge end of those plastic plant labels can be used to peel back the corner without too much trouble. Just a fine edge is all that's needed to get in between the yellow card and paper backing. I like to change the cards between "treatments" so I can tell if the gnats are going away, so it can be time consuming peeling the paper off if you have a lot of plants, but that's not a product defect. That this box came with 50 sheets, allowing me to frequently replace them without having to buy more.

Sticks great and can be cut to any size. Good to keep track of any fly problems. Won’t get rid of them but does help a bit and keeps me aware of any impending issues with gnats in my many worm bins.

These sticky traps are ok...they catch the gnats. I bought them because the sheets are the cheapest way to go. Cutting them to smaller sizes is a pain. I cut some in fourths and some in six pieces. The scissors that come with them are a joke. The holders are nice and large. Once you cut them it is hard to separate the paper from the sticky...another pain to deal with. They would be ok if you use them as full sheets. I just don't like the hassle of cutting them and trying to remove the paper from the tape on all the smaller pieces. But you get a lot for the money. If you don't mind the hassle they are ok.

Love this product. It comes with its own kid safe scissors to cut the sticky paper to your preferred size. I had bought one of those fancy Zevo plug ins but the refills are expensive. These traps are perfect to just cut up and put into those plug ins. If I have to kill a bug, I have slow reflexes so they always get away. Well with these bad boys right here, I just let a full sheet fall on top of the bug and VIOLA. No need to chase down. They last a long time too!!

We have an unusual amount of flies in our patio during the summer. These traps come in handy! Just hang it by a tree or use the little sticks that it comes with. Very sticky!

I thought they were going to work as well as others I have purchased but there was a huge difference in the strength of the adhesive on these. I had used another more expensive product (Raid silver adhesive tubes with a small cup at each end) which worked great but when they ran out I used some yellow sheets I had on hand and was amazed at the number of flies and wasps I caught. I could lay out a yellow sheet and it would be full of flies and wasps in less than a day. I ordered these yellow adhesive sheets and they look the same but don't stick nearly as well. I was surprised to see only small wasps were caught and no flies.

Not an advocate for using outdoors, as it lures dragonflies and lizards to death. Absolutely great around indoor plants and trees.
