JETech Slim Fit Case Compatible with Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, Thin Phone Cover with Shock-Absorption and Carbon Fiber Design (Black)

I wanted a replacement for my ageing but very sturdy and reliable Spigen Neo Hybrid that has protected my S7 Edge for almost three years. It’s taken a number of knocks and falls on to a range of floors and grounds with an incredible track record. Not a single crack. That’s a lot to live up to. Having just used it for two weeks, here are my preliminary thoughts. I’ll give it 4-stars for now and revisit after I’ve had a few bumps.Pros+ Incredible value at £3.99 and still feels reasonably sturdy - not quite Spigen-level but doesn’t have to be at this price+ Perfect fit for S7 Edge yet easy to remove - give me confidence it won’t accidentally pop out+ Very thin with minimal profile - hardly adds any additional bulk which is important for me+ Fits my existing tempered glass screen protector but this is slightly smaller than most with a small gap around the edges+ Feels durable and gives me confidence will lastCons- Would have liked it to be more grippy but it is by no means slippery- Very thin profile also means less protection particularly around back and sides- Corners appear to have some cushion-impact design but it is quite small compared with the Spigen- Thin back with purely graphic honeycomb pattern (not raised ridges) - does not inspire confidence if dropped flat on its back (to be fair, highly unlikely)- No “military-grade” certified protection but that is by no means any guarantee of zero damage when dropped from your pocket or table - and hey, it’s only £3.99!- Packaging claims “military-grade” protection but this isn’t found anywhere on the Amazon package (UK or US) - slightly misleading but no impact on usage

Have been using it for a good few days. I will update this if I notice any issues. So far:This review is based on my own purchase and NOT in return for a free or discounted product.-------------------------------------------------------PROS:Its a very good cover for the price.Perfect fit for the device.Looks good too.Its not heavy and does not add too much bulk to the device. Adds enough weight to be able to carry it and lift it without the fear of the phone slipping which I like.Another thing that I like about It is that it does not cover the edges of the phone completely so you have full use of it HOWEVER, it covers it just enough that your palm and fingers dont mistakenly keep touching the screen which was annoying me with the Edge screen.Excellent cutouts for all the ports, camera and mic.The top and the bottom is raised just a tiny bit so the screen is protected in the event it falls flat or if you keep your phone facing downButtons are nice and firmCONS:The sides and the back are not textured although they look so in the picture. Having the sides textured would have made the grip a lot better-------------------------------------------------------I am not sure how durable and long lasting it would be and how it protects as havent used it for that long or dropped the phone but have ready comments and answers of those who have dropped the phone and they were pleased that it provides good protection.

I was looking for a slimmer case that the Tough Armor Spigen cases. This is perfect in that respect.The pictures on Amazon do show that it is slimmer and very accurate.Case is nicely made, tough enough for daily use, looks good. It is not very slippery, but it is more slippery than with no case on, as the phone is covered in glass on both sides and so sticks nicely to your hand/fingers and leaving behind those fingerprints...

This arrived today and I was anxious to get it on my phone to see how it feels and looks.I am very happy with my purchase.I was looking for a case that didn't just protect my phone against scratches but also against potential drops.The case is really comfortable to hold and doesn't make the phone too bulky like some other cases I've tried.I recently tried and reviewed a Spigen case which was a lot bulkier on the phone.The main bonus about this case is that it supports wireless charging - the Spigen case didn't - and it's a very good quality case for the money.To conclude, I would recommend this case and I'm hoping to get many years of protection from it. That being said, this is the first day and if any issues arise in the future, I'll be sure to update here.

After more than a year i still use this case. It's elegant and sort of burgundy/purple-ish in colour. It has minor scratches but no fading or anything, I'm surprised it's holding so good after so long. The pictures are after a long-time of everyday use (I've also added the holder on the back, that's not included)
