Use new style bolts that come with the controller
My 23 year old Brisk ducted 15K failed with a leaking compressor during a heat wave, I ordered this unit along with the wrong controller. I received the Brisk II and figured I could install it while I waited on the controller BUT the mounting bolts for the Brisk II come with the new controller, no big I thought, just use the existing bolts, WRONG. The 23 year old bolts did not feature a starting thread part on the bolts and of course I cross threaded the first one I tried to install, the press in nut on the Brisk II had to be drilled out and a nut added to retain the 'new' bolt when they arrived with the correct controller (heat pump and heat strip thing). The next problem I ran into was the old controller did not require +12 volt, the new one did, I had to add +12 line to the wire coming from the thermostat. My last issue was the heat pump, didn't seem to work, the manufacture responded after I sent pictures of the units many, many numbers but the instruction required removing the top cover to check a relay, I put it off since it was too hot on the roof. Well, it's October 3, 39°F so I thought I'd try the head pump to see if it would work, it did, 74°F in a few minutes! Note, on low speed this unit is quite, on high speed it is nosier than the original Brisk but it appears to be more efficient than the original Brisk as far as cooling and the heat pump will be well worth the money with propane prices over $4 at times. Make sure to have a roll of aluminum duct tape on hand to seal the inlet chamber, the new controller was about half the size of the old one. Just wish the manufacture had included the mounting bolts with the Brisk II unit instead of with the controller...

Do not buy this product or any Dometic
Zero stars. Dometic does not inform you that you need a specific control box/circuit board to run this unit. That control box is not available to purchase. They told me to find it on Google, which I did, and it still did not work. After going through their tech line troubleshooting, we found that at least two wiring connections were missing; however, no proper control box is available for purchase. To get my money back on the unit they want me to return it—mind you it is installed on my roof and removing it will leave an open hole in my roof. I bought a Coleman Mach II which is wonderful. Had it Installed and working perfectly in five hours. Dometic is not honoring their warranty, and Amazon is not guaranteeing the product either. I am out over $1400 dollars plus $400 in labor costs and one month without a working ac unit. No one at Dometic knows what they are doing, and they keep giving me the runaround on their warranty. I live in my motorhome and volunteer in state and national parks, so I don’t have time or space to transport non working ac unit. I am thrilled with my Coleman unit, and finally on my way to my next job a week late.

It’s a beast
So far so great. Works like a champ!! Installing was a breeze aside from my control box. It has a gasket on the bottom do not buy gasket (foam kit)

Works great for me.
Like it easy to switch out. Works has I want to. Heat pump works good so does the air condition. Don't like its loader than I like it to be. It cool and heats like I want to that works for me. Had to buy a Control Board Kit for Cool/ Furnace/ Heat Pump.

Cheap foam duck work, fan hitting the duck work when started
Seems all new units are using nothing but styrofoam for all of the ducks. The bottom of the styrofoam tray touched the cooling coil so water ran down and across the top into the duck system, also the squirrel cage was hitting the cheap foam duck work till I added 4 washers . I have installed 3 units recently and all had cheap foam duck work, gone are the metal ducks, my old unit lasted 23 years, I was the original owner of my motorhome, I hope this makes the warranty time frame,

Swapped right over from the other one.
This unit was nearly identical to the old one. Had to splice the sensor wire to the old plug. Just two butt splice connectors and it plugged into the original box on the camper side. Not sure if I like black but as the cheapest replacement I could find.
O**.
Unit was defective as delivered
My installer discovered (when testing) that the heat pump feature was inoperable/defective. Then had a difficult time getting UPS (the only way to get it returned) to pick the item up for exchange. Ended up taking it myself to the nearest UPS office when repeated efforts failed and the return date was near expiration.
