Hasbro Transformers One Optimus Prime and Bumblebee Boys Zip Up Hoodie for Big Kids

Looks amazing fits great and it's nice and soft. Just wish it had pockets.

He gets a lot of compliments on his Optimus Prime hoodie. It’s well made. It’s true to size. The good part is a little big though, but nothing unusual compared to similar hoodies.

It’s a thin, lightweight sweatshirt which is perfect for our climate and mild winters. The hood doesn’t cover his face like other options which are more costumey, and the antenna things on Optimus’ head stand up nicely which I was surprised about. The screen printed pattern seems like it will hold up okay over time too, I hope.I deducted a star because it doesn’t have pockets which I expect a sweatshirt to have. Other nit-picky things that I wasn’t especially happy with are: the red material could be a darker more vibrant red, and the screen printing doesn’t quite match up on either side of the zipper. It’s close, just not quite matched up.I chose to keep this one because overall, it’s a decent sweatshirt that looks like Optimus Prime, and my son loves it. There was another one that had pockets, better color, and higher quality screen printing, but the hood was too small and it had a mask that covered his face all the time.

I purchased this for my grandson for his 5th birthday. He LOVES it! He’s very thin and typically wears a 4T but I purchased this hoodie in a size 5 to give it some extra room so he will be able to wear it for awhile. He is 3’7” tall and 37lbs. It fits him exactly as I expected would. It appears to be of excellent quality and workmanship.
