Manttra Hard-Anodised Tadka Pan 130MM

It is hard anodized and should last a long time. People seem to think the middle support arm should be taller. But the slight tilt when placed on a taller gas burner is very small that does not affect its functionality. And a taller support will cause it to occupy too much space.Even if you just want to do an oil Tadka get this larger diameter size (instead of 100 mm, 4 inches) because it makes it safer to use on a gas burner. This one is 5 inches (130 mm) in diameter and bowl depth is plenty to do an onion Tadka.

Sturdy and nice quality.

Had to return and buy the bigger size (13cm) that suits our use. Works fine. Only thing is that on stove, the support doesn't match the height. So we need to hold it by hand the whole time or place some other item to balance it on the stove. However it is perfect height while placed on table.
