Worked like a charm.
Some people say you don't "need" it. That may be true but I also don't think it's such a bad idea to be safe rather than sorry especially for such a low cost.I am an avg user who likes to do his own work when needed. I wasn't about to go out and spend $70+ on an anti static mat when I'd likely only need to pull it out once every cpl of years or so. I also know I'm the type of person who gets so caught up into what I'm focusing on that I'd forget to ground myself every so often. For the minimal cost of this thing it was an easy purchase just for the piece of mind.I'm a pretty avg size guy with rather think legs from sports and this was still able to fit my ankle quite comfortably. The cable is long enough to attach to a ground location and still offer plenty of room to move. I can't comment on the durability of it because I've only just got it and only used it in action once. For $10 and how little I plan to actually use it though I can't imagine this will wear out anytime soon. I think it's worth it.

It’s comfortable enough to wear while working, and it’s a huge relief not having to worry about zapping any sensitive components with static electricity. The strap is easy to adjust, and it stays securely in place. Definitely worth the small investment to protect your gear. Highly recommend!
