I used these spools to organize my very large stash of ribbon. They fit perfectly in the Sterilite 20938003 drawers. I used refrigerator baskets to keep them aligned in the drawer, but lengths of cardboard work too. Great product!

I ordered the small set and found that I could get anywhere between a yard to 10 yards depending on the width and thickness of the ribbon. First I did an inventory of the widths of my ribbon to insure they were smaller than the narrow part of the spool. Many were and I knew I could easily use the 50 set. On a few I was really pushing the limit of the spool and truly should be on a medium. I’ve used paper clips to keep the end in place. I ordered the medium set today and will redo some of the small spools so the ribbon won’t be so fat…lol. The thickness is more than adequate for use but remember it is not plastic or hardboard! I saw on another review how a person was storing them which is a help. The container I had been using is half empty so I’ll need to put in dividers or use narrow baskets to keep them in order.

I was looking for a way to store the ribbons that I have in a smaller space. This offered a great option. They are pretty sturdy… Only when I am not careful when wrapping the ribbon around Did the end that sticks out bend a little. Not enough to break off or change the way it fit on the card. I reduced many spools of Raymond into a much smaller area!

I especially like these spools (I call them bobbins) for wrapping the final yards of a skein of yarn. They keep my crichet materials very neat.

Cheaper than some I bought on Etsy and pretty much same thing. I had so much ribbon in about 4-5 different bins and now condensed to just 2!

These flat spools work well to condense all of my ribbons to more manageable storage spaces and are wide enough to put two or three narrower ribbons side by side. Great quality sturdy cardboard. Very fast shipping.
