I used to DJ from the mid-nineties until 2005, using vinyl only, then moved cities and kind of lost interest in it and the whole scene. I did try a controller about 10 years ago and liked it, but decided on a whim to get this and I wish I had much sooner. It's very easy to use, like 100 times easier than trying to beat match with vinyl and just your ears. I love the loop feature, it works really well. The rekordbox software is great too, no complaints there. I use beatport and beatport Link, so for a very small monthly free I can stream all the music I want and create playlists, and I don't have to buy a single track. That alone is a game changer. If you're a beginner, this is a must have! The only downside is it is a bit light and flimsy, but if it stays in one place it should be good. I also bought a decksaver cover for it, which was kind of expensive for what it is, but it fits perfectly and looks good, and if it protects it from dust then it's worth it!

Its small and light. It’s great controller for beginners and also keep it even if you have progressed to a higher version as you can carry it around anywhere as it draws its power from Laptop and great to do some parties as places which doesn’t have power source like mini treks and hikes.

Tout ce qui faut pour apprendre à mixer. Le logiciel REKORDBOX est très convivial et relativement facile à "dompter". Je progresse lentement mais sûrement. Aucun regret d'avoir fait cette acquisition
