Purchased mount for my Amazon Fire 8 HD tablet. No issues with installation. I decided reluctantly to use the adhesive strips but I have the screws on standby in case something ever goes wrong. My walls are not painted smoothly but so far no problems at all. Be sure to give the strips at least a full day before using the mount. The tablet has no fitment issues as you set the mount to accommodate your device during mounting. My tablet does not have a case on it nor do I intend to get one. The device is being used strictly to stream music while sleeping so it's not going anywhere. No complaints about product quality. The adhesive is double sided. I would never use velcro 3M command strips like other reviewers have. They never work on my walls. Use the strips it comes with or screws.

I needed a wall mount option for my HTPC keyboard to match the controller mounts. This is what I settled on based on the listing photos and description and I found them to be accurate and it fulfilled my needs well.

We purchased two of these wall mount docking stations to use for a place for our kids to safely place and charge their school iPads nightly. The set up process was easy and they adhere very nicely to our wall. The only downside is that our kid's school put protective cases on their iPads, which make it an EXTREMELY tight fit (I basically have to shove them in and they pretty much just sit on top of it and stay due to the rubber of the protective cases). They overall do what we expected them to be able to do, so we are happy with them, just make sure that if you have a case, that it is under the thickness described in the listing.

Not ugly. Not "over-kill." Just a simple, elegant solution that is holding a Kindle near new grandchild's crib - to play environmentally soothing sounds.

Needed some way to clean off my multi purpose table but keep by laptop handy and charged, works perfectly. Would buy again.

You cannot fit an iPad in a case into it because it has an inner slat that is hard to see in the description photos. It is too narrow to be able to use for many devices - the "pocket" corner type that holds the device, not the brackets themselves, which can be spaced for any size you want. Avoid this product if you are using an iPad with an Otterbox type case.

And we're all subject to the same awkward phone holding if you have to be there longer than you want to watching Netflix or YouTube or social media videos.Now if it's time to drop bombs in the bathroom because you had a little too much Chipotle, if you have a tablet you can just throw it in the holder and feel like you're watching TV without holding anything.Here's a short list of the pros and cons.Pros:- I like that it has two different slots to slide the tablet into in case you want it to be more flat or a little more of an angle- I like the adhesion strips more than screwing it in to the wall so that way there's no holes in the wall if you decide to move it- I like that there was color choices I opted for white so it wouldn't stick out as muchCons:- the look of them isn't too great to look at they could have chose a better aesthetic design, something a little more modern and less industrial or dollar store looking- I wish I would have included some kind of guide or paper to help line up better so it doesn't come out crooked or you don't have to do multiple attemptsAll in all I'm happy with the purchase and for the price you're getting something really awesome in return for which you'll probably be using every other day or at least once a week.
