this knife don't work, real well for cheesecake. the knife is serrated. I would not recommend a serrated knife for cutting cheesecake. this is a good knife, but not to cut cheese cake with.

Q: Is it good for meat and cutting vegetables?

Used for veggies and it’s terrific but because of size caution is recommended. Love it. Bought one for friend and she’s afraid to use it. I’m 80 and find it does a good job.
