Yes, the Bach flower remedies are all vegan composed of the essences of flower blossoms floating on spring water exposed to sunshine and preserved with a small amount of alcohol. It does not say vegan or vegetarian on the bottle because flowers are not animals :)

Which one do you recommend for aggression? Anger?

There is a reference book by Dr. Edward Bach, the creator of the flower essences -- The 38 Bach Flower Essences: A helpful guide to the use of 38 flower essences to balance emotions and enhance well being. I suggest consulting this little booklet. There is nothing indicated specifically for aggression/anger, but Beech flower essence is recommended in this guide for those who are "intolerant of others, critical. Beech is for people who are constantly criticizing, intolerant of other people's shortcomings and unable to make allowances. They have a strong sense of their own superiority, can be judgmental and arrogant and are easily irritated by others mannerisms or habits. They are convinced they are always right and everyone else is wrong." (p. 18)
