The media could not be loaded. Our cats love this piece so much, and they have since they were 6 weeks old, or, more accurately, since they started playing. It is sturdy, and as the cats grow, they continue to use it. Super functional and scratchable for them. Soon we will need to get a new one. If you have kittens, this is the perfect size and height, or if you have just one or two other cats. We have seven, and they should get a bigger one, but for now, this is it. Also, the design is very well done. The ball on top and the rolling ball on the bottom. It is a toy they return to, no matter what other toys they have. Assembly was also straightforward, and you can assemble it with the ball in either the front or back position. There are only a couple of pieces as the bottom came together. The wood feels like solid wood. I love it for them.

Quality! Well crafted!I purchased the smallest one. The balls are rhe perfect size for my 12-week old kitten to roll easily with his small paws and they glide with very, very little effort. He is able to stretch out fully to use the scratching post and ball is the perfect height for him to play with. A++

This is a great and easy to put together toy and Scratcher for the cats. We have 2 cats who love to play but but very choosy on what they want to use. Since day 1barely out the box and together this is by far one of the favorites. Love that it's wood and good quality.

This was a great scratcher for my kitten!! However it’s pretty short so she outgrew it in a few months. Definitely keeps kittens entertained, but on the smaller side. Overall very sturdy and well constructed.

If you have a cat that loves to scratch like a maniac then this is definitely a good buy. I got it for my nephew’s cat, and my mother mentioned that it seemed pretty cheap, but upon my own visual inspection, it actually is pretty decent for the price. My cousin’s cat ignores all of the other scratching posts in the house, but is obsessed with this particular post. So obsessed that within six months I had to buy a new one because his cat tore every single piece of rope right off of it. The wood is fantastic and still intact but like I said the cat scratched the entire rope off of it. I ordered a second one for his cat and 3 months in the rope is almost gone, but the cat still loves it and I am sure I will end up buying a third. What would really be cool is if they just made the top replaceable. I’m not into disposable things that litter up our landfills, but instead of having to dispose of the entire scratching post, it would be great if they just made the top replaceable then you could keep the base because the base of these are still in perfect condition. I wanted to order one for my cat but I have a feeling she will scratch it up within a few weeks (she has been known to trash all of her posts and beds).. It’s also nice looking as it is pretty small, the wood is decent, and it fits with almost any decor… the only bad thing is that while it fits with an any decor, the ropes are hanging off of it.If I buy three of the same item, then I obviously like it. Again, I wish the manufacturer would just sell a replacement top for it.

I am obsessed with this Made4Pets Cat Scratcher! First off, assembly was an absolute breeze—I had it put together in just a couple of minutes. The kitten loves it; the balls are hilarious when they get him going, However, the pinnacle of the balance for the clawing post is off like I kind of guess when I ordered it, everyday I have to stand it back up several times a day (he hasn't clawed on it for about 3 days now). It is so bad that I have had to resort to other methods for clawing, because the kitten has started using the walls, door jams and is back to trying to use the furniture. He has PTSD over the post coming down on him because; like our fully grown adult cat he has learned to lay down and really dig into what he is clawing.

I think it's safe to say they like it 😆 great for my 4-6 week old fosters. Will need to upgrade to something larger as they grow, but is great for a starter scratcher/climbing post. I think it is fine for the money, and I love that it isn't covered in that carpet stuff. Very quiet toy as well since the balls inside the bottom portion are wooden, and not the plastic bell ones. It is sturdy for now, but once they start launching themselves across the room I think they will probably find a way to knock it over. Scratching post is fine, as you can see by photos they can definitely get their claws in it!
