Piece of crap
I purchased the product for a gift at a baby shower as per the couple's request. The baby arrived 4 months later. The product was taken out the box and assembled. It immediately scratched a wooden floor with its cheap wheels that don't actually move even when in the unlocked position. Of course, by the time the exhausted couple even began communicating with the rest of the world, the window to return the product to Amazon had closed. I tried calling the 'customer service' number and had the rudest person EVER, talk to me in a montone voice endlessly repeating the same unhelpful nonsense. When I called her on it saying that she was repeating herself and not actually answering my questions, she hung up on me! What a piece of crap and a crap piece of customer service!!!!!!

I think it will serve its purpose
This item was just delivered today. The assembly was simple enough. My complaints are the bottom shelf/cloth bin was more flat and less bin and doesn’t look like the product photo and sags pretty bad with some pampers and wipes on it. The other complaint I have were the large sown in warning label and additional assembly instruction tags that weren’t cloth or soft material on the inside of the bassinet where it would bother baby and having to cut it off instead of an easy peel away thing was ridiculous.

Seam ripped so that wire is poking out before baby even laid in it
The canopy seam ripped and the pole that causes it to be stiff sticks out. Happened pretty much right away, baby hasn’t even been born yet. Id just stick with the 40$ one from Walmart which I used with no problems with my other two babys. Not worth the money. Also it was missing a screw.

Love it!
I love this style bassinet. It’s deep and has a good amount of space for our little one. I love the basket underneath, the ability to roll it around our home with ease, and the hood that keeps the light out of baby’s eyes. The newer style bassinets are so confusing and restrictive with what they offer but this one I would say is good quality for the price.

I purchased this for my grandson.
The only thing I didn't like was the HUGE tag in the basinet. I carefully removed it and the mesh ripped.
