I used this Ayake screen replacement kit for iPhone 11, and it worked surprisingly well. The screen quality is clear and responsive, and once installed it looks almost identical to the original display. The kit comes with all the tools you need, which made the repair much easier. The screwdrivers, pry tools, and suction cup were actually useful and sturdy enough to complete the job without needing anything extra. Installation does require some patience if you’ve never replaced an iPhone screen before, but there are plenty of guides online and the process is manageable if you take your time. Once installed, touch response, brightness, and color all worked perfectly. This is a great cost-effective option compared to paying a repair shop. I saved a lot of money doing it myself. I searched online and watched YouTube videos on "iPhone Xs Max Screen Replacement". Then I spent about 2 hours replacing the screen. It fits perfectly into my iPhone Xs Max A2103 with great quality. The TrueTone feature was kept intact as my iPhone Xs Max is in iOS 18.*.*. I also applied the sealant glue to keep the iPhone in "IP68 water and dust resistant (up to 2 meters for 30 minutes)". I highly appreciate the easy installation and perfect fit for the low cost. Need good eyes and fine motor skills to replace the screen successfully.

I purchased this screen replacement for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Installation went smoothly and the display initially looked good. Touch response, brightness, and image quality appeared normal after installation. Unfortunately, after a few minutes of use, the phone would randomly show a pink screen and restart. I spent hours troubleshooting, including reseating all connectors, checking the Face ID assembly, reviewing panic logs, and even testing with different configurations. The issue consistently appeared after installing this screen. My iPhone was stable before the repair, and the random reboots started immediately after replacing the display. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product due to reliability concerns. While the screen may work for some users, the one I received caused repeated crashes and made the phone unusable. I’m bad with screens so I go through them more than the average person. So, when I installed this screen, I was amazed at how the colors stood out! Usually, the colors are off a bit like yellow being orange lol. But this might be as close looking to the original that I’ve ever had. Screen is working great as I’m currently using the phone to write this review! Because it’s so good, I’m now going to upgrade my case so this one doesn’t break! I never really leave reviews btw. In case you’re wondering, it does come with tools, screen protector and the liquid resistant film. :)

Surprised that I’m happy with this product. My phone got damaged and I replaced the screen with this replacement— for the price, I think it’s worth it. My phone is on the older side and I don’t think an authentic Apple replacement which costs ~$400 is worth it. It took me a while to figure out how to replace this since there are no instructions, but I managed with YouTube videos. I do have to say that my battery life is not as good anymore after the replacement. Apparently inauthentic replacements are not energy efficient and can heat up easily. I have also noticed that after 2 weeks of use one of my pixels have died and show up as green. Also, you can tell this product is not a genuine Apple product since the screen size is not the same and it does not fit flush with the phone. All this said, for the price and for the reasons why I decided to go the non-genuine route, I’m pretty happy with this product and recommend to anyone who wants to tinker with their phones and are not worried about the longevity of them.

At first, I was a little skeptical about the product but once i got it, I realized I was scared for no reason. Product is very good, easy to do, and works perfectly fine if done correctly.

Update....5/20/26 The seller reached out after seeing my original review and offered to provide a full refund. They didn't ask for a change in my review, which I appreciate. However, I did increase the review by 1 star because I highly value good customer service, of which I felt they offered. ------original review below-------- This is not my first DIY screen replacement for an iphone. I've done them many times before with different generations of phones. No thanks to this product, but a HUGE thanks to the ifixit team that has great, detailed instructions, I was able to replace this screen with relative ease. The hardest part for me was getting the old water barrier lining thing off to get the new one on. There were three major disappointments: Brightness: Even at its brightest, it's still much dimmer than the screen it replaced. I was disappointed in that. Picture: it didn't fill the whole screen. There was a somewhat large, black border at the bottom of my wallpaper on the phone. Not the end of the world because the phone still worked, but that brings me to my third annoyance/disappointment Functionality: Everything was just a tad delayed. When scrolling, the picture wasn't smooth and quick. Perhaps for a fraction of the price of an OEM screen, this will do. But if you're spending so much money on the phone, figure out a way to get a screen that will match what you want the phone to do. This screen replacement was NOT it for me!

This back glass fit exactly how the original fit. Do you make one that is like a plastic material so won’t crack.

If your looking for a long term fix this is not a good choice it only lasted a month on my phone

Screen works for about two minutes then the screen goes pink and reboots… not enough time to back up my storage to my new phone.. It does work just not as well as I hoped.
