This is Happy Belly dried thyme.Happy Belly is Amazon's own brand, and in my experience all of the products I've tried have been top quality.Most herbs are better fresh, but I think that thyme is better dried. Obviously it's more convenient, but the drying also intensifies the flavour.Thyme is a very aromatic herb. It has a somewhat meaty smell, and therefore, unsurprisingly it goes particularly well with beef or potatoes.Although there are also many other uses.You don't need that much. A healthy pinch is plenty for most dishes such as a stew. But it really helps to bring out the natural meaty flavours.The jar contains 15g worth, which is the standard spice jar size.A jar this size, should last the majority of us a good number of months, and when it's empty I shall immediately buy another.I hope you found this review helpful.

I find this sit much nicer on my spice rack than other jars as it’s thinner and taller (get more product too) but that’s pretty much all I can say other than the product is good.
