Vallejo Gold Model Color Paint, 17ml

Very good paint.

Bought this to paint accents on a set of small metal Roman soldiers. The paint adheres very well. It’s very opaque with a lot of pigment in it so it needs only one coat to do the job. I purchased “Dark red 70.946. Rojo Oscuro” and it’s a deep matte maroon or wine color. I also painted a few accents on the soldiers with a different brand of paint and color—this paint was far superior.

Great paint. Covers easily. Don't get to thick on coats. Runs easy.

This paint was as described and perfect for my modeling needs.

It's a good paint for brushes and when thinned with Vallejo thinner it performs well through your airbrush.

I have been modeling for 99+ years, and I have never seen a paint this black before. It must have come straight from Batman’s special black paint. It is so black if I paint enough on an inter- dimensional black hole will appear. 5 stars.

Works as expected. The paint is very dark, like 1939 dark. If you want to age it up, I'd recommend a few drops of somber grey. A grey with a little blue in it.
