awesome purchase, this and a "ATV/sport" trailer hitch rack are perfect for expanding storage capacity of a 2 door Wrangler.
Used this bag on a long distance trip while it rained and when there was morning frost. The items inside were kept dry and secure. It fits perfectly on my trailer hitch rack. The bag is made out of soft yet rugged feeling/waterproof material, the zippers are easy to use and equally as rugged, and it comes with 6 well placed/adjustable tie down straps. I have had zero problems using this bag. It has fantastic storage capacity and there is a zipper which enables you to either expand or shrink the height of the bag the way typically seen in regular luggage.

Excellent bag which fit my Harbor Freight cargo rack perfectly!
I recently purchased this Bag to fit into my Harbor Freight aluminum cargo rack which measures roughly 22" by 48". I wanted a cargo carrier bag to protect suitcases from road dirt and rain. This bag was a perfect match in size and capacity to the rack. I was able to place 6 smaller suitcases on end into the bag with even more room on top for some towels and extra items. The bag has a second zipper which can be unzipped to allow the bag to expand even further. After an 800 mile trip with rain, my bags arrived clean and dry. I did three extra things to improve the overall rack and bag system. The first was to add some bolts between the aluminum sleeve of the cargo rack and the steel support tube to prevent wiggle and wabble. The second was to fabricate some sheet metal "L" shims about 1.75" wide by 3" long to slide in between the steel support tube and the receiver sleeve on the car - I used one shim on the top, one on the bottom and one on the side of the support tube - this made the rack a very solid platform with no wiggle or wabble when I hit dips in the road or made turns. The third thing was to cut and place a thin piece of plywood on the bottom of the carrier rack so the bag could be supported across its entire bottom - this allowed the suitcase feet and wheels to rest firmly on the bag bottom supported by the plywood. The bag also came with 6 straps to attach it firmly to the cargo rack along the forward and rearward edges. My daughter liked the system so much, I bought a second rack and bag for her car.

Green Bay Weather Made Zipping a Stiff Ordeal
Took this bag on a mid-winter football trip to Lambeau Field. The bag showed excellent water-tight integrity, but it was a little tough to zip at 1 degree F. A good purchase. Solid heavy-duty fabric and zippers held up well to freezing rain, ice and snow on the trip from Pennsylvania to Green Bay and back.

Great travel carrier
This is a great travel bag. First test was on a 2 week road trip crossing several states and up through the mountains. We encountered some rain on the drive out, but nothing got wet. Originally I was planning to cover the inside of the bag with a tarp for extra caution, but after receiving the bag and inspecting it I decided that wasn't necessary. The bag is very well made, feels durable and has heavy duty zippers. It is soft sided, so don't expect the bag to hold any shape without cargo inside it. We used storage bins to help keep the bag expanded and keep things in place. Use caution that nothing sharp is placed against the sides or bottom of the bag.The included straps worked well, but we did have a couple of them break from getting too hot near the exhaust of the vehicle. They are not the heavies straps, but they did hold the bag in place just fine. The bag didn't get melted at all from exhaust, just the bottom of the straps. Care must be taken to avoid them being near the exhaust tips of your vehicle.Overall for the price I think this thing is awesome, and gives you plenty of cargo space on cramped trips.

Excellent waterproof cargo bag!
Exceeded expectations. This bag was purchased for a 1400 mile round trip and held up better than expected. It rained, heavily at times, and there was not a drop inside the bag or on the contents. The quality of construction of the bag is very good. The straps are perfect and did the job of securing the bag to the cargo rack without any additional straps. For space reference, here is a list of what I was able to fit in the bag with plenty of room to zipper the bag shut easily:- (2) medium size plastic totes filled with things like dry foods, laundry/bathroom stuff- (2) large sized duffles (clothes) that sat on top of the plastic totes- Bike helmets- (2) Razor scooters folded- tons of loose pairs of shoes stashed in available small spaces left in bag- about a dozen beach sized towels- a few canvas grocery bags about half filled with odds and ends* Note product states 11 cu ft of storage (9 cu ft if lower zipper is zipped)I would recommend this product.

Horrible!!
This was not waterproof. It rained for all of 30 minutes in our trip and clothes in suitcases were soaked. Horrible!!

Like that is truly waterproof and it helps while camping ...
The zipper hooks came off the bag last year on our 2 1/2 month trip and the straps are not really long enough if the bag is full. Like that is truly waterproof and it helps while camping in my van.
