This book is fantastic I've been boxing since 95 and did not know a lot of the things that were in this book about the history of certain boxing styles anybody even if you don't like to read you'll enjoy it and for you millennials yes it does have pictures and color

Great book, I hope the author does follow ups on Footwork and Training Equipment with Drills.Finding books that go into more advanced aspects Boxing is difficult.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Das Buch beinhaltet die Grundtechniken des Boxens mit vielen Varianten des Bewegens. Viele Fotos, die leider nicht so gut sind (schwarz-weiß) Im Großen und Ganzen aber gutes Buch und hilfreich für Boxanfänger.
