I thought the flag had all countries flags but I noted that some countries weren’t there.

I wanted a copy of this basic design to understand the short-comings before starting my own redesign project. The first example of this design layout dates to about 1980 and was by Paul Carroll. It needs the flag of every nation and this version is short of about 19 nations. It also has a few major mistakes - two x Ethiopia's, Yemen upside down, and the wrong colours for Uzbekistan. It could have Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, Western Sahara and Wales in the balance of extra flags but displays about 19 design that I'm quite un-familiar with. As I said - could be better. Maybe we could share art-work...
