Pierced OwlSet of 10 14-16GA G23 Implant Grade Titanium Replacement Balls for Internally Threaded Jewelry

They went very easy. They are really small, but seem better than the balls my septum had before.

The first ball I tried wouldn't screw in all the way, but the next two I tried were perfectly fine. They fit in my 16g flat back labret posts from body art forms. The polish is also not quite as bright as some other titanium ends I have, but they still look fine.

Although these work to replace a ball I lost, they arrived tarnished/ dark. I have tried a few things to shine them up, but I just can’t get them bright and shiny like my previous one that was lost. Didn’t return these as I didn’t think it was worth the effort compared to the price paid.

Tricky as all get out to screw these suckers in.

The big ball was from another ordered labeled at 5mm, the medium is a standard tongue ring ball, the smallest is the 4mm I ordered from Pierced Owl.The product itself is good and fit my 14g barbell, but definitely smaller than the balls I have I wanted the same size ball as the medium sized ball (which I thought was 4mm) but now I believe it to be 5mm. Wanted to reference size for others like me who aren’t sure what the mm sizes actually look like.Like I said good product fits my jewelry just be aware of the size you need/want

The jewelry I got my septum pierced with,One of the balls wouldn’t stay secure, and lost it within a few days. I ordered these not sure if they would work, but they are exactly what I needed and they seem to be much more secure than even the ones that came with my piercing. These are exactly the same ones my piercing shop has. I wear a 16g septum horseshoe. I just swapped one out just now and they fit perfectly, and look exactly the same. For some reason, my balls keep falling off, even though I tighten them at least 4 times a day. My son who got pierced the same day hasn't lost a single one. I've lost 3 in less than 2 weeks. The shop charges $5 each and I have to drive 40 minutes to get them. Not anymore.

I chose the smaller mm and didn’t think it was that small. I lost the top ball for my belly barbell and needed a replacement. They’re small but not 3mm (which is what I got). However I literally don’t care, they came with enough to switch on both ends to match and they got perfectly! Right gauge size. They look a bit tarnished as if they aren’t sterling silver so we’ll see how my body reacts to it considering my body has bad reactions to anything that’s not silver or gold.Update: no negative reactions to the material so it’s definitely sterling silver. Highly recommend!
