Good source of energy
Really easy to eat whilst cycling on longer rides so you have a steady input of energy

Excellent for Cycling
I discovered these on a cycling trip to the Alps and have used them ever since. They are easy on the stomach and give a decent boost on long rides. They never last long when you open a packet and offer them out! I hate bars and find some things upset my stomach but these are great.

Misleading and Ineffective
The product looks nothing like the images—instead of small jelly chews with a liquid center, they’re large gummies with a white foamy base. Each pack contains 10 candies, but even if you eat all of them, you’re still getting less caffeine than a single cup of coffee. It’s mostly just sugar (36g per pack), not a real energy booster. Very misleading and not worth it!

Far less sticky than gels, great backup for rides 2 hours or more
Pleasant tasting, easy to consume or swallow quickly, if needed. I find these more pleasant than gels and easy to pack your jersey. Used them as main energy source on a ride, or to just mix things up on a longer ride.

The sell by date is this September!
I bought this product for my wife as she is cycling Lands end to John O groats in September. The sell by date is September this year which is totally unacceptable in my view.it was over £30 to buy for something that had a 2 month shelf life.
