These handles have saved me (quite literally) from some terrible back and arm aches. It is perfect for the long shoots where gimbal shots are required throughout. It distributes the weight very nicely meaning the shots are less shakey from aching arms. As per usual with smallrig the build quality is excellent and the options for mounting are unending. there are multiple 1/4 3/8 screw mounting points which are ideal for microphones or monitors. I personally use a 7" monitor which can sometimes feel a little bulky but with these handles spreading the weight it felt so much easier.Would definitely recommend this to anyone running a slightly heavy rig (I use the BMPCC4K and it helps... a lot) or anyone just wanting that extra smooth operation and less of an ache afterwards!

Very uncomfortable when using daily. The hand grips started to twist after limited use. Went over to Tilta's rosette arm system with proper grips and its night and day.

Works as promised. Great value.
