The Black Spandex has a pattern to it and there is a bit of sheerness. It may be too revealing for the gym without a thong underneath, but your underwear would show through. In other colors this sheerness may not a problem.

Good product. Need to wear under your shorts or work out pants as this jumpsuit is too revealing and shear. Nice pouch. Great fit and comfortable.

Really comfortable/ stretchy but just cause of the shoulders and back I would go a size up I’m 6 ft 230lbs and got an XL And it fits good but I would go a size up to avoid nip slips

I don’t like that the thighs roll up but I have thick thighs so it could be me. Fabric feels great on body and it’s very breathable.

Especially nice for cold weather exercise, when it can be worn under other clothes, but it can be worn as a wrestling practice outfit, or to reduce sun exposure to the upper body. It transfers moisture away well.

5'6"/160LB, Purchased white, size L, workable supposed to be snug but a bit too snug, repurchased size XL, still snug but just right; gained 20Lb, still good (it's super stretchy).White material is slightly translucent when dry. Clearly designed to be worn without undergarments and though the centre panel is double layer, the pouch is not - it doesn't show off everything but does give a hint, you probably want shorts over if in public.If you're looking for shorts for home exercise that will keep your privates exactly in place and won't roll down at the belly or slide down, these are them. The cuff does roll up and the straps shift outward when moving, popping nipples out from cover sometimes (NBD, I'm a dude and also home alone).If I were designing a replacement for this product using the same material I would:1) Double layer the pouch2) Raise the transition point of the curve of the centre back seam where it changes to the rear crotch curve by 2.5~5cm to give better definition of glutes3) Lengthen the inseam/leg length by ~5cm to reduce rolling4) Raise the centre front hem ~5cm and decrease the radius and arc of this curve, widening the straps at the bottom of the transition to reduce nipple popping.
