Fault
When I first turned on and said it needed update, couldn’t update and was showing error code. Had to take to a computer specialist to correct who also found some files were corrupted and at times it still wants to do things of its own accord.

Would give a zero star if I could
The laptop is very slow. It has an American keyboard which does not have € or £ signs with other keys in odd places. Even when I attached a wireless UK keyboard, it did not recognize it and made me use it like American keyboard. Would not recommend.

Very poor
This lap top is very poor. The battery did not hold a charge, and could only be used plugged in. Amazon returns and refunds very efficient.
