Be aware of bad mix
I get this hair color at least 4 times a year. It’s usually great, aside from the few times I didn’t receive the right number of bottles to mix..The last time I ordered the packaging seemed different, as if it came from somewhere else. I opened and the mix was a yellowish color, thought maybe they changed things a bit. When I mixed solutions together it turned a weird shade with greenish tint. That’s when I decided I’m not risking it and called to get a refund. I hope this was just a bad batch. Will reorder and try once more.

Didnt color hair
Did absolutely nothing as far as color. Not one bit. Did make my hair soft but I bought it to color my hair. A lot of money for nothing.

It does not cover gray hairs AT ALL
This product is NOT for covering gray hairs. This is my first time using this product and this is the worst product to cover your gray. I followed step by step instruction but it does not work at all.
