I bought this Ultra Pure fish oil after hearing of the health benefits, and the difference between this and store-bought kind. This brand got good reviews so I chose it. I haven't noticed any improvement in back pain or blood pressure, and cholesterol hasn't been checked since I started taking this a little over a month ago. I'm taking 2 in the AM + 2 in the PM. That's within the recommended dosage, but maybe it's not enough. Anyway, as a product, there is hardly any fish scent or taste to these pills. No complaints in that department. I guess time will tell if I see the same benefits as others.
