While there are other books which give more in-depth details about specific areas of Business Analysis, this book is the best for a general overview.While this book is a must-have for anybody new to the field of Business Analysis, I also recommend this book to mid and senior level BAs. Well worth the money. I learned what I DON'T want to do.I had no idea there were so many demands to being a BA. I was headed down this path and after reading this book and following the author, my hat is off to those who are cut out to be a BA. I am not. Don't do what you are not cut out to do!
