I didn’t have any good reason to wait to try Vedge Nutrtion Pre-Workout and Nitro Pump and now after trying it I’m definitely wishing I purchased it much sooner! The pre-work out itself is great on its own but I’m adding a scoop of the nitro pump to it and I absolutely love my workouts lately. I have definitely been feeling focused, pumped, and ready to push myself. I look forward to taking it every single time before I work out so I absolutely recommend it.

I purchased the Peach Mango flavor - the first time I tested it, I actually mixed it with the creatine+ which wasn't a great idea for taste. You CAN mix pre-workout with creatine+, but just from my experience it was difficult to finish drinking both of them at once with water. It tastes much better by itself and easier to gulp down before your workout.I'm a smaller individual so with just one scoop of pre-workout it hits me pretty fast, less than 15 minutes actually. All I feel is tingles and a bit of a rush throughout my body while I'm exercising, but it's not enough to bother me or leave a negative review. Does anyone know if the tingles ever go away when you consistently take it for years? let me know.I would love to try the other flavors but I think it may be best to finish one canister before the next. I understand sourcing may not be cheap, nor are supplements but I really thought the canister would be a bit bigger for $40. However, I definitely understand the value of the product being vegan and still has to be effective for workouts. It has about a month worth of servings, but I'm sharing it with someone so looks like I'll be trying the patriot pop next! Hopefully more flavors come soon.

I recently purchased the pre-workout. Tried it for the first time yesterday before my workout and I did not having a good experience with it. The tingling feeling described by Nimai was more of an itching sensation for me...very uncomfortable and distracting to the point of me forgetting what set I was on. So I do not feel like it aided in getting a great workout in. I experienced strange heart beat and the shakes. I did eat post workout and still had the shakes for some time after. I hate to give such a bad review because I love what they are doing in the world, but I do not feel this was as described...in fact I feel like I experienced all the things they said you wouldn't when using this product. Could someone please contact me about a refund or perhaps to try the nitro pump? If the nitro pump has the same ingredient as the pre workout that causes the "tingling sensation" then i would just like a refund please.

The product is ok. There is almost no taste. I don't like anything strong in flavor, but this is oddly flavorless.

Let me just start by saying I loved the flavor of the peach/mango. So tasty I could have drunk more. I’m not sure how much it amped up my workout because my workouts have been ever so consistent for forty years. So I didn’t perceive any real difference. This might be different for someone just starting out or for someone changing up their workout. A caution for people with a delicate system: work your way up slowly on the amount you use or you may need to add a poop trip to the bathroom before your workout.

Good energetic pre-workout buzz, without the jitters. I like that it’s plant based and ingredients are natural. However, the flavor is awful, like an unripe not sweet plum mixed with cardboard. It tastes nothing like the popsicle it is refers to. The other flavors available are fine. This flavor is off. I will not buy it again.

This product has a real nice consistency. It doesn’t make your drinks chalky or pasty but very smooth. I love the fact it has no dairy or soy and no gmo. It’s hard to find a great product without all three. The flavor is nice the mango is subtle to me but I prefer it. The mango doesn’t give a artificial aftertaste and the peach isn’t over powering but makes you want to keep having more.

Love that this pre workout product has minimal caffeine and NO sucralose!! Hard to find a great flavored pre workout to help with blood flow and energetic pumps in the gym!
