I believe that this compound has essentially eliminated my knee pain. I have been taking Osteo Bi-flex for quite some time for joint pain--I am 63. The story behind the Osteo-B is that I had been complaining to my wife about pain and she recommended I try it. Within three days I experienced a significant, noticeable improvement. When I finished the bottle I stopped taking it and after three days I felt like someone had beaten me with a bag of oranges! Needless to say that I got back on it in a hurry.About four months ago I began experiencing pain in my right knee. I had not experienced an injury and could find no reason for the pain, which was aggravated by running. My doctor suggested an injection, which I declined. I then went to a chiropractor and was put through a regimen of exercise and stretching--no joy. I then read a scientific study that had evaluated a series of treatments for arthritic pain. I do not know why it targets the knee, and I do not think medical science does either, but it just works. I can run without pain and am a happy camper.

I purchased bottle of Arthrocen Joint Health Avocado Supplement (300Mg) because I was real tired of my trick left-shoulder which really ached. Also, my right-hand thumb joint had been hurting for years. Typical old-guy issues. The price was not high for the bottle so -- why not?I've taken almost all the bottle and will order more because -- voila'! -- my shoulder is just fine now! No pain! My thumb-joint still aches but nothing like before. I can actually grab tight the bars and grab-handles at the gym!Besides we can never get enough avocados, right? Recommended.

I have been taking Arthrocen for 2 weeks and notice a significant decrease in hip pain. The Mayo clinic web site indicated Unsaponifiables for people with joint pain, so I decided to give it a try. In my 40's my hip got increasingly sore. I'm tall and perhaps 10 lbs. overweight, I walk and stand a lot at work. Pain in my low back and hip on right side got progressively worse over several years. Pain was interfering with my work day and sleep. I was going to the chiropractor 4 times per month and was doing a twice daily stretching routine recommended by him. Doing so reduced pain, but I still needed more relief. I stopped going to the chiropractor last December, because I didn't feel like that was helping, but my stretching routine was, so I kept up with that. Taking one Arthrocen in the morning for the last two weeks (no more Aleve) has reduced hip pain significantly. I still have low back pain on right, but somewhat less now. It's only been two weeks so I hope to continue seeing improvement.

Ordering my third bottle. I have had excellent results after taking these supplements. Inflammation is low to barely existent. Sleeping, I have no burning or pain that wakes me up like I did prior to taking. There was a short period when I was traveling and forgot to bring for the week and I noticed increased swelling after taking walks. I used to have increased pain after walking over a mile, since taking these supplements I can now walk double that with little to no pain. Recuperation is quicker too. Gym sessions doing cardio or air squats has little effect on knee. I actually tried running again after not being able to for a few years and had some inflammation but minimal. Will probably stay away from the running but knee feels great. I also get an injection of Monovisc every 6 months but had spotty results. The supplement addition makes the injection “go further”. As I get closer to injection date I feel I could miss if needed. Overall I like.
