Disgusting returns policy
Nothing wrong with the product but ordered one which was too large. BE CAREFUL if you have to return it!! It cost me £18 in postage, Hermes sent proof they delivered it on 10th May they did not acknowledge or offer refund till 23rd May!! I was furious!
