NOT made in India, made in France (at least for USA distribution)
A number of the reviews for this Parker refill specify that the refills are made in India, have some quality issues, etc. The refill I ordered in January 2025 in the U.S. is made in France, NOT India—please see the attached image. Quality seems excellent, writing is smooth and even with no blotching or gaps.

Good Replacement - Good Price
I've purchased several of these and they all work perfectly, and fit different pens using the Parker style refill. Parker refills are hard to fine where I live, so buying them here was a great alternative.

Better than easy flow 9000
I tried easy flow 9000 multiple times, it always skipped and gave inconsistent results and small globs would smear as well. I don’t have that issue with these. These write much more consistent and less smearing. Writes on most surfaces as well. Overall I will continue buying these over other brands.
