Does the PSR 670 come with the electrical adapter.?

Yes it does. I bought it in 3 separate orders: the actual keyboard, the stand and the three pedals. everything you need is there ready for immediate use. You can price shop for package deals, I didn't. There are YouTube videos to watch someone assemble it and others to watch it being used it to it's fullest potential, including with a digital app on a tablet or smart phone.. You might as well purchase a USB thumb drive and format it to the keyboard

How many sounds can I layer at the same time?

After owning it for quite a while, I discovered I can press two buttons at once and get two sounds to layer. That’s the most I’ve been able to do though. Three doesn’t work.
