My elderly mother...
I started purchasing this for my mother who suffers with memory loss due to aging and a TBI she had in a car accident. I find this supplement helps her think a bit more clearly and she enjoys taking them.

Subtle, but it works!
This isn't some magic concentration pill- but I definitely have noticed a difference with brain fog and focus after 1 month. 4 stars because it tastes terrible. I can overlook that, though. A side effect of one of my other meds IS brain fog so this has been so helpful in combatting that.

Hard to say that it actually works, but have seen other improvements
I started using this after seeing a younger cousin start a spiral into dementia. It’s hard to be actually concrete in its effectiveness. But I have noted subtle changes. The first time I found a difference was in my reflexes to an action. Someone threw something towards me, but what I did was so unexpected. Without thought I just reached out and caught it. The action, while simple, just caught me by surprise. I can’t remember the last time such a spontaneous moment happened. I’ve always had a great memory, but small little things, like names of persons, seem to be easier to remember. Are they profound and so obviously noticeable? No…I think it has worked in subtle ways.
