We purchased this for neuropathy in my daughter's feet and so far it has really helped.She usually has problems at night and since she has started using the stimulator her nights have been muchbetter. We're very pleased with the results. It also is easy to use and lightweight. Would recommend.

I have been using this for a month and doesn't provide any relief. The heating doesn't work. It would have far better if the massager did the whole sole of the feet and not only under the arch. A regular foot water massager does a much better job for a fraction of the price

EMS massagers are basically massagers that give you harmless pulsating shocks, the low voltage shocks stimulate your muscles. Devices like these are commonly used in therapies for certain injuries. These devices are also used as home massagers like this one and come in different types like EMS neck massagers.These massagers are not very popular because most people are afraid of being shocked, i wasn't able to convince anyone in my family to try it out. The reason i don't mind using it is because i used a similar device at a few therapy sessions i had for a back injury, i personally found it relaxing so I've been using several EMS massagers since.This device is pretty simple to use despite looking very confusing because of the many buttons it has. The settings are basically for the two EMS methods this device has. "Sole mode" controls the pattern the shocks have, there are 10 different variations. "Sole level" is to control how strong the shocks are, the intensity is from 1-99. "electrode pad mode" and "electrode pad level" do the same thing but for the included optional pads. The pads have to placed exactly on the areas recommended by the manual to avoid any injuries or issues.The massager comes with a remote to change and adjust the settings, I'm not a huge fan of the remote because you have to have it facing directly at the device for it to work. The foot pads will also stop working if you remove one foot for whatever reason and will resume when your foot is placed back.What i didn't like about this unit is the massager circle on the center of the foot, i thought it was gonna be great but its pretty bad. Most roller massagers have a mesh cloth on top, the mesh is to roll while avoiding friction. These rollers don't have a mesh so they just rub the bottom of your foot collecting dirt or skin, after you are done using the unit you have to clean the rollers everytime. The rollers work best if you have your socks on but you can't use the EMS with socks, so i just keep the rollers off. The other issue is that even if you keep the rollers off, they are very uncomfortable on the arch of the foot.Overall the massager works perfectly but i personally hate the rollers, since it might just be a personal preference i still rated the massager four stars.

This machine is very effective in stimulating the circulation in my feet and legs. I am standing for very long periods of time at my work and this helps me to feel better right away.

My feet kill me after a long walking or standing. It brings so much relief. This circulation machine is easy to use, I highly recommend for those who has feet issues.

If the product would have done half the things that said it would do it'd be a great product I went on to buy a different model with less bells and whistles far cheaper and works great.
