I put a small travel mouse and laptop power cord and business cards in mine and it all fits fine. I really like the cloth tabs on both ends of the zipper. I can easily pull it out of my bag by the tabs.

Will this hold a Mac charger

Yes I have the extra long cord charger set. It will fit. You want to use some kind of tie to keep the cords tout though.

Will it hold a Dell AC adapter with a 4-5 inch wide block?

I believe it will. I’ve put a smaller adapter in the pouch, along with a 15ft length of Cat 5 cable and there is room leftover.

Does this have a place to attach a carabiner? Some of the pictures show it, some don't. Particularly the black version. Thanks.

I have the Black Mesh version and mine has a place to attach a carabiner at both ends of the zip. The loops are there to help opening and closing the zip.
