Have used pines wheat grass for years. I feel it gives me a little boost of energy. It is my go to. I take it everyday. Even give it to my dog when she tends to eat grass.

My first intro to Wheatgrass was in the juiced form. I was at a healing center in San Diego. We drank shots 3 x daily and used it in other ways. At that time, I was told only the juice is beneficial as juiced WG is the closest thing to human blood and is what can help heal disease. Being a busy person, I wanted to take short-cuts in my day to day life, and seeing all these WG supplements sounded so awesome. But now after 5 years of trying to use WG this way, very intensely the last year, I have to admit it has never given me the health benefits I felt from actual WG JUICE. In fact, I've noticed that taking these in the morning not only doesn't perk me up but causes me to feel lethargic -- keeping in mind, I'm one of those people with auto-immune problems and my body does react pretty immediately to anything I introduce. It's taken me a while to admit, but for me the whole-plant supplement is not only void of the benefits I'd been seeking but may be causing fatigue and gastronomical issues due to grasses being so hard for humans to digest. I can't fault Pines for their product, but I have to, at this point, recall the expert knowledge I was provided by the healing center and admit it is the juice that has the healing properties. I feel a little silly for having taken these expecting only the juice portion of the WG to exhibit benefits without taking into consideration that I was now consuming the indigestible fiber.
