Do i need to switch to another line? i got my hair japanese straightened again and when it's wet it's stringy, gummy, mushy. when dry it's a bit rough

My shampoo was delivered frozen, once it thaws is it still good to use?

I suppose once it thaws it will be alright to use. I did not like this product AT ALL. It left an awful coat of greasy material on my hair that also killed the shine for days. I had to wash my hair with vinegar to eliminate the residue. Good luck with it, but it was not good for me. I bought it to repair some 'damage' but this remedy was worse than the original and not so bad dryness.

It will not take the chlorine discolor out of hair but it will certainly bring damaged hair back to life - stronger and shinier.
